Anthony Lavenda, M.D. and his wife Dina Lavenda of Valparaiso, have purchased furniture from Indiana Furniture many times over the past two years and they say it is the personal attention and care that keeps them coming back.

“First we chose Indiana Furniture because it is local and we wanted to stay local, but then we returned again and again because we were so happy with the staff there. They really go above and beyond,” says Dina Lavenda. She says that although the selection of living room, bedroom, children’s, kitchen, and office furniture, as well as mattresses, lighting, outdoor furniture, and decorative items is exceptional, the Lavendas had something specific in mind that the sales team was able to find. “Our sales person went through catalogues, looked online, and found exactly what we were looking for. He really worked hard for us,” she says.

Indiana Furniture’s team works hard to please every customer, with an office staff placing the orders, monitoring those orders, and arranging deliveries; a warehouse staff that ensures furniture is delivered in fine shape and set up where the customer wants it; and a wonderful service department that will take of any problems customers may have.

They called us to follow up and made sure we were very happy, and we are.”
