Providing valuable information to homeowners and prospective homebuyers so they can make informed decisions is a top priority of the HBA of NWI. Consumers can rely on the fact that all HBA members must adhere to the association's strict standards of practice and principals of business integrity. While members of the HBA primarily focus on issues directly involving Northwest Indiana, they also keep a pulse on events throughout the state of Indiana as well as the national housing front with close affiliations to both the Indiana Builders Association (IBA) and the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
Working together, all three groups help promote policies that make housing a priority and create an environment where all Americans have the opportunity to realize the American dream of homeownership.
