My oldest son (6) sped right past the "I want to marry my mom" phase and drove straight into, "I HAVE to tell my mom that her belly is getting big (no pregnancy involved) and that she needs to start eating healthier and exercising more often" phase. (she took an hour afternoon nap & is MAJOR talkative 2 hours past bedtime.) "OHHH. that's my cuddle buddy, Gray! i gonna go to the park with him. i gonna bring my paper so we can color. right, Mom? RIGHT?!" she checked the driveway MANY times for him today. i love this. i look forward to Clay wanting to marry me. =)

So much better than my daughter telling me when she was Gray's age and she told me that she was going to get married and have three kids and they were going to come and live off of me. I asked her if she meant living with me and she said "No, we are going to live off you." love this.
