This is when we learn to live in the now. Allowing the Sunday night blues or fear of the future to spoil Sunday night in anticipation of the next day is fear the unknown future before anything has occurred. We really only have the present moment - the past is gone and future hasn't happened so the only time we have is right now until the next moment becomes right now. So to be upset about what hasn't happened yet is wasting the precious moment which IS happening NOW. It does take practice.
