We’re on day 3 of Spring Break and NO Wii and NO TV.

For real.

It’s going great actually!

Thankfully, we’ve had great weather despite the freak SNOW last weekend.

The kids have been doing crafts (mainly cutting up lots of stuff and glue-sticking it to other stuff) and playing endlessly in the yard and garage. And really there’s not been much bickering or fighting (the reason for taking away their TV and Wii privileges and further proving my point that TV & video games = dissension among siblings.)

But anyway, I’m not going to preach about that or anything because I’m pretty sure after this week is up, TV-watching and Wii-playing will resume as usual with hopefully better attitudes and also less interest? We’ll see. Otherwise I am very quick (and looking forward) to un-plug again.
