With one squint of my eyes, the sun made me forgive the long winter like it was nothing, and we were off to meet friends at the park yesterday. It was in the 50’s! And the sun was so warm.

It was awesome.

My wise friend called and suggested I bring some old towels to wipe down the playground equipment. We might need to remember that most of the spring. Of course Ivy’s butt still managed to sit in every
single other wet spot in the park.

I was worried they forgot what to do at the park because right when we got there Ivy threw off her coat and her shoes. But maybe that was because she felt so at home? And sure enough she was throwing mulch just like old times. Yay, park days!

Today is supposed to be even nicer, but I think I might be just sending the kids out into the yard. No mulch! Enjoy this beautiful day, friends!
