Fifty-five percent of Showboat Marina Partnership is owned by Showboat Inc.,

a public gaming company with casinos in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Sydney,

Australia.

The remaining 45 percent is owned by a group of investors called Waterfront

Entertainment and Development Inc.

The group's 13 investors are:

* Michael Pannos, former State Democratic Party Chair, president of the

group and 28.44 percent shareholder.

* Margaret Pannos, wife of Michael Pannos, 8.89 percent shareholder.

* Thomas Cappas, East Chicago lawyer, 17.04 percent shareholder.

* Elizabeth Cappas, wife of Thomas Cappas, 12.52 percent shareholder.

* Peter and Samuel Cappas, both sons of Thomas Cappas, each 4.44 percent

shareholders.

* George Novogroder, developer of the Polo Club in Merrillville, 10 percent

shareholder.

* Nikos Kefalidis, New York City developer, 6.67 percent shareholder.

* Barry Alan Porter, senior managing director of Bear, Stearns & Co. in Los

Angeles, 5.56 percent shareholder.

* John Flores, principal of Central High School in East Chicago, 0.5 percent

shareholder.

* R. Louis Gonzalez, former chairman of the Indiana Port Commission, 0.5

percent shareholder.

* George Pabey, former East Chicago chief of police, 0.5 percent shareholder.

* Robert Hoggs, former general services director, 0.5 percent shareholder.
