MUNSTER
Citizens bank parent to pay dividend
Citizens Financial Bank parent CFS Bancorp has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on its common stock.
The dividend will be paid April 27 to stockholders of record at the close of business April 6.
Citizens Financial Bank has $1.3 billion in assets and operates 22 offices in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago area.
CFS Bancorp has paid a cash dividend each quarter since its initial public offering in 1998.

Evans, Csanyi named to Harris bank positions
Harris bank announced the promotion of Karen Csanyi and the hiring of Eric Evans.
Evans, with six years banking experience, was named vice-president and commercial relationship manager based out of the 750 S. Washington branch in Valparaiso.
Csanyi, named vice president, will be bank manager for the Briar East branch, at 3514 169th St.
Csanyi has 11 years of financial services experience.
Harris is a member of the BMO Financial Group.

Arcelor Mittal says it's begun share buyback
Arcelor Mittal, the world's largest steelmaker, said Monday it has begun a $590 million share buyback program.
The Luxembourg-based company said the repurchase of class A common shares follows its new dividend policy announced in September which aims to return 30 percent of net income to shareholders every year.
In a statement, the company said the repurchased shares will either be used for future employee stock options or canceled.

McShane's receives national award
Brian McShane, president and CEO and Mike Kidd, General Manager, of McShane's Inc., accepted the "Perfect Image Award" from ImageSource Magazines President, Marc Spring. This award was presented for the "Best use of the Web" with McShane's Web site, www.mcshanes.com.
The "Perfect Image Awards" are annual awards presented to the best dealers in the country providing document solutions.
McShane's, an office supply company with locations in Munster and Mishawaka, has been serving Northern Indiana for more than 85 years.
