Girl Scout Troop 416 will hold its first ever spaghetti dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the South Haven American Legion, 429 W. County Road 750 North. The girls are raising funds to purchase camping equipment for their troop. Tickets are $4 per person and can be purchased in advance or at the door.

PENNY RAFFLE | South Haven

South Haven American Legion Post 502 will host a penny raffle and bake sale at 9 a.m. Sunday at the post, 429 W. County Road 750 North. Proceeds will benefit Alex "Johnny" Szmutko, a member of the Sons of the American Legion Squadron 502 for the past 11 years. He was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This is one of many events the Legion will hold to help him. A bank account has been set up at Centier Bank to accept donations to the Alex "Johnny" Szmutko Benefit.
