THE CHRISTMAS SCHOONER | Munster
The story of the brave Michigan shipping campain who sails Christmas Trees accross Lake Michigan is being perfomed now through Dec. 20 at the Theatre at the Center, 1040 Ridge Road. FOOTLOOSE | Chicago Heights
Bloom High School students will present three performances of the musical play "Footloose" on Nov. 20 and 21. Show times will be 7 p.m. Nov. 20, and 2 and 7 p.m. Nov. 21, in the Workman Auditorium at Bloom, 101 W. 10th St. "Footloose" is an adaptation of the 1984 film of the same name. The musical play's plot tells the story of a young man from the city living in a puritanical small town where dancing and rock 'n' roll are forbidden. Tickets are $6 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens with an ID; children ages 5 and younger are free. Tickets will be available at the auditorium box office.
