Whoohoo! It's about time.

Here's a casting call for local lovelies north of age 35.

TV Land is seeking women 35+ who are aspiring models to audition for the second season of "She's Got The Look." Tryouts are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at RDS (Resolution Digital Studios), 2226 W. Walnut St., Chicago.

Hosted by '80s supermodel Kim Alexis, this eight-part series, a collaboration with Wilhelmina Models Inc., sets out to discover a chic, beautiful and confident woman "destined to become the next great supermodel" (C'est moi!). This winner snags a $100,000 check, a lucrative Wilhelmina contract and a photo spread in Self magazine. For more details log on to TVLand.com.

Practice those smiles and twirls, girls. All three judges -- supermodel Beverly Johnson, celeb stylist Robert Verdi and Wilhelmina president Sean Patterson -- will be present at the casting. Bring a photo ID -- they're carding. Now if only that darn hottie Cindy Crawford, 42, doesn't show up ....

As Alexis, 48, told the Los Angeles Daily News, the show is a chance "to enhance women over 35 who still look good and feel good about themselves and want a chance at something. They may have stepped aside for family or for love, but always wanted to try it."

Ex-beauty queen Tanya Hutchinson, 45, a California mother of five, won top honors last season.

Speaking of girlpower

Cowgirls rule, cowboys drool at the Chicago Country Music Festival next week at the Soldier Field parkland. Gretchen Wilson ("Redneck Woman") is the Oct. 11 headliner. Country-bop guitarist Taylor Swift ("Love Story") is the Oct. 12 main attraction.

Gasp!

Yes, that was Mayor Daley -- a lifelong Sox fan -- sporting a blue Cubs cap at the Cubs rally Tuesday.

No-show

Chicago hip-hot artist Common, citing a schedule conflict, won't be collecting his emerging-artist award after all during the Chicago International Film Festival.

Spotted

Yes, that was Demi Moore and hubby Ashton Kutcher cheering on the Bears on Sunday at Soldier Field.

Surprise!

Robin Williams, fresh from his show last Friday at the Chicago Theatre, hailed a cab and zoomed to the Lakeshore Theatre. When headliner Christian Finnegan wrapped up his act, Williams burst on stage, delivering a 20-minute riff on his recent divorce, his career, the election and silent-movie porn jokes. It was Williams' second surprise visit this year. Cracks theater co-owner Chris Ritter: "He must really like us."

The Olympic plot thickens

Mayor Daley, shopping for an Olympic Village site, may be in luck. Hizzoner has tried to convince the owners of the troubled Michael Reese Hospital to sell the city its 37-acre tract on the South Side. The 450-bed Chicago hospital just filed for bankruptcy protection.
