Here is the correct version of the Awesome Orange Glaze recipe. The Times regrets the error.
Awesome Orange Glaze
1/4 cup sugar (or honey)
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
* Mix sugar and cornstarch in pan.
* Add juices, stirring well.
* Add salt and butter.
* Cook over low heat until thicker and clear.
* During the last 30 minutes of cooking bird, brush the skin liberally with the glaze, repeating every 10 minutes until meat finishes cooking.
