LAKE FOREST | The Bears have trimmed their roster by waiving four players, including wide receiver Marcus Monk, a seventh-round draft pick out of Arkansas.

Also cut Sunday were wide receiver Ryan Grice-Mullen and defensive backs Josh Gattis, and Thornwood and Indiana University graduate Leslie Majors.

Chicago's roster now is at 75. Teams must by down to 53 players by Aug. 30.
