Eastbound I-80/94 lanes restricted today, Friday
Eastbound Interstate 80/94 will be restricted to two lanes from 9 to midnight tonight and restricted to one lane from midnight to 5 a.m. so the ramp to southbound Interstate 65 can be opened to two lanes.
The lane reduction is for the stretch of highway between Broadway and the bridge over the ramp from northbound I-65 to the westbound Borman Expressway.
The work is part of the Major Moves New Construction interchange improvement project at I-65 and the Borman Expressway.
On the new ramp, the right lane will become an exit-only lane for Ridge Road.
The left lane will continue to southbound I-65.
