MUNSTER | Calumet Avenue closed at 45th Avenue this morning for three weeks of railroad repairs.
The work is supposed to be a complete rebuilding of the crossing by the Canadian National Railway, which will dig up the crossing and install new drains.
The crossing is expected to reopen Nov. 17.
