LAPORTE | Authorities say a security camera caught an image of someone setting a fire at business in downtown LaPorte.
The videotape helped fire officials rule the fire at the LaPorte Army-Navy store arson Tuesday.
A woman who lived next to the store was treated for smoke inhalation after escaping her home during last week's fire. Damage was estimated at $20,000.
Fire Chief Rob Sabie says a nearby business had a security camera that videotaped someone setting the fire behind the store.
He says several gasoline cans were lying in the alley where the fire started.
