GARY | A Merrillville High School senior will be among local and national volunteers participating in this summer's two-day Human Cadaver Prosection seminar at Indiana University Northwest in Gary.
Michael Sandridge, 17, began participating Wednesday in the program through an advanced anatomy class this summer at IUN.
This is the ninth year that IUN has conducted the seminar to prepare six human cadavers for upcoming gross anatomy classes at the medical school. College undergraduates will work with medical students, and health care workers will partner with non-medical professionals during the seminar.
