CHICAGO | The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has released a report on disciplinary actions taken in May. According to the IDFPR, the following individuals have been cited by the agency:
* David Offett, of Markham, had his loan originator registration revoked due to his alleged involvement in a mortgage fraud scheme;
* Sean Crawford, of Glenwood, had his barber license placed on indefinite probation after he allegedly defaulted on an Illinois educational loan. He has now entered into a repayment agreement;
* Corrie Norman, of Chicago Heights, had his cosmetologist license revoked for his alleged failure to comply with the terms of probation on his license. - BY TIMES STAFF
