La Porte Regional Health System will host a Community Health Fair on Thursday, March 27 from 3 to 6 p.m. in the La Porte Hospital Auditorium, 1007 Lincolnway, Lower Level, La Porte.Attendees may learn more about health topics ranging from diabetes awareness, dental hygiene, breast cancer, heart disease, diet (including information on how to read food nutrition labels), smoking cessation to bike safety, lead poisoning and more. Free blood pressure screenings and bone density scans will also be offered.
