WESTVILLE | Purdue University North Central Office of Continuing Education will offer Real Estate Continuing Education in June.

Tim McColly and Tim Reed will facilitate eight, two-hour seminars which meet the standards for renewing licenses and keeping real estate professionals up-to-date with Indiana State Statute changes. The seminars will be offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 6 and 13 at PNC - Porter County, 600 Vale Park Road, Valparaiso.

Topics to be covered include "Anti-Trust," "Agency Law Updates," "Code of Ethics," "Mortgage Finance for the Real Estate Professional," "License Law Update," "Advertising the Fair Housing Way" and "Title Insurance." The fee is $35 per seminar, $119 for four seminars, or $239 for all eight seminars.
