CHICAGO | The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has released a report on disciplinary actions taken in May.
The following individuals' permanent employee registration cards, which are needed to work as a detective or in alarm, security or locksmith services, were placed in refuse-to-renew status for allegedly being more than 30 days delinquent in child support payments:
* Jerrell Jones and Richard Jurich, both of Lynwood;
* Michele Kim, James Williams and David Thiem, all of Sauk Village;
* Keith Papnocki, of Lansing;
* Larry Spear Jr., of Calumet City;
* Obinna Uche and Christen Young, both of South Holland. - BY TIMES STAFF
