Flipping for music | Lansing

The Lansing Copper Muggers will hold a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon April 19 in the Thornton Fractional South High School cafeteria, 18500 Burnham Ave. It will benefit the TF South music program.

Calvary Community Church will have a pancake breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. April 19 at the church, 16341 S. Park. Proceeds will help fund a mission trip. Adults eat for $4, children 5 to 12 eat for $2.

Dig in | Chicago

The General Pulaski Council of the Knights Of Columbus of Hegewisch will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 20 at the St. Columba Social Center, 13323 S. Green Bay Ave. Adults eat for $7, kids 10 and younger eat for $3, and ages 3 and younger eat for free. All proceeds from this breakfast will go to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Pancake breakfast | Chicago

The Southeast Lions Club will sponsor a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 20 at St. Kevin's Hall, 10509 S. Torrence Ave. in Chicago's Southeast Side neighborhood. Pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee will be served for $3 per person. Tickets are now on sale. Along with breakfast, a raffle will take place. Prizes include home appliances, toys, a TV and more. The Altar and Rosary Sodality will host a bake sale.

French toast | Calumet City

St. Andrew Boy Scout Troop 268 will hold its fourth annual all-you-can-eat French toast breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 27 in the St. Andrew Church Gymnasium, 331 155th Place. Tickets will be available at the door for $4. They will be serving French toast with choice of fruit topping, scrambled eggs, sausage links, coffee, tea and juice. The St. Rita Altar Guild will have a bake sale.
