CHICAGO | A man was shot to death Thursday afternoon in what police say might have been a drive-by shooting, setting off a search involving a helicopter and police dogs.
One man was arrested and two more suspects remained at large Thursday after the shooting at 3:40 p.m. at 133rd Street and Baltimore Avenue in the Hegewisch neighborhood on Chicago's far south east side, Chicago police Officer JoAnn Taylor said.
The man might have been shot by a person in a car, Taylor said.
The Cook County medical examiner's officer did not release the victim's name Thursday night.
