The Times' BusINess magazine is seeking nominations for its fourth annual edition honoring 20 area business people, community leaders, or charitable sponsors, under the age of 40, who have made a mark in the community.

They can be executives, owners or others who may not be financially well off, but are givers nonetheless.

Please e-mail Editor Bill Bero with the person's name, age, business/occupation, address and phone number, along with an detailed, fact-backed explanation of why the person should be considered.

Nominations should be sent no later than July 17.
