Lake Michigan

Warm Water Discharges: SM on poor boys, minnows. East Chicago Harbor, Hole in the Wall: PE on minnows, crawlers, jigs.

Illinois: Calumet Park, Calumet River, Navy Pier: PE on minnows, jigs. 95th St.; McCormick Place; Burnham, Montrose and Belmont Harbors: BT, CO, SH on shrimp, crawlers, spawn, dodger flies.

Kankakee River

Wolf Lake

Lake George

Flint, Long and Loomis Lakes

BG on bee moth, crawlers, wigglers. CR on minnows. LM on minnows, crawlers. WA on minnows. BC on crawlers, minnows.

Pine and Stone Lake

St. Joseph River

Fox Chain O' Lakes

Area Ponds

LM are becoming more active on rattle traps, spinners baits.

Note: The east branch of the Little Calumet River from U.S. 12 to U.S. 20 in Porter County and Trail Creek from the Franklin Street Bridge to U.S. 35 will both be closed to fishing April 1-June 15 for salmon and trout stocking.
