With over 60 years of building experience, the Nardo Builder's staff is educated and tested in new home construction and housing development projects large and small. Our sub-contractors and skilled craftsmen have been with us since the beginning and know our homes inside and out. This reduces call back and expedites getting warranty issues resolved quickly.

New Home Construction, Schedules and Dependability

To date we have built and developed over 350 new home sites. We have an additional 183 home sites platted and ready for future development. We provide our customers with a written building schedule and are on the job daily to see that the schedule is kept. We have never missed a closing date.

Schools and Community

The central location of our communities, between Chesterton and Valparaiso, IN allows quick access to shopping, dining, recreation and Lake Michigan's National Lakeshore. A quick 45 minute drive is all it takes to be in downtown Chicago. The South Shore train stop is just 10 minutes away. All of the current Nardo Communities offer city sewer and Lake Michigan water. We are located in the Award Winning Duneland School System. The much anticipated Porter Hospital is our newest neighbor and will serve the Timberland Communities well.
