Monday, April 13, 2026 (Crown Point, Ind.)-The Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana (HBANWI) is excited to announce the return of the highly anticipated Spring Parade of Homes, proudly presented by Schillings. The event will take place April 25–26 and May 2–3, showcasing a record-breaking 28 homes from 14 of the region’s top custom and production builders throughout Lake and Porter counties.
For the first time, the Spring Parade of Homes will feature a $1,000 Grand Prize for attendees, giving one lucky guest the opportunity to take the next step from inspiration to action in their home buying, building, or renovation journey. Additionally, licensed real estate agents will have the chance to win a separate $1,000 Grand Prize drawing, recognizing their participation and support of the event.
This new initiative encourages attendees not just to dream about a new home, but to begin laying the foundation to make it a reality. To participate, guests simply scan the QR code located at each home. Both the public and licensed realtors must tour all 28 homes during the back-to-back weekend event to qualify for the drawings.
