Executive session notice
The Munster Town Council will conduct an executive session immediately following the regularly scheduled Town Council and Redevelopment Commission agenda review on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, or approximately 4:45 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting, in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(4)(I), is to conduct interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by a governing body of a political subdivision and, in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(19), to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney-client privilege.
The meeting announced herein will be held in Munster Town Hall, 1005 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.
Pursuant to the Indiana Open Door Law, the public will be excluded from this executive session. Those in attendance will include the members of the Town Council, the clerk-treasurer, attorneys, town manager, and certain staff of the Town of Munster.
