      It was cold and a little snowy but hundreds of adults and kids had fun at the Orland Park children’s New Year’s Eve party Dec. 31 at the Centennial Park Ice Rink. Yes, there was skating. But there was also music, dancing, contests, food and a countdown to welcome in 2024 — 12 hours early.
