Here are some simple ways to add more greens to your diet:

• Toss a handful of spinach or kale into your scrambled eggs or omelet while cooking.
• Add a handful of fresh or frozen spinach to your favorite fruit smoothie.
• Add fresh spinach leaves, arugula, romaine or other greens to your sandwiches and wraps for extra crunch.
• Make a romaine wrap with turkey slices, hummus or cheese for a quick snack.
• Use spinach, kale or mixed greens as the base for any salad and toss with your favorite vegetables, proteins and dressing.
• Stir finely chopped spinach or kale into store-bought or homemade hummus or Greek yogurt dip for added flavor.
