More than 25,000 people flocked to the 2024 SummerFest July 14-16 in Orland Park. In its second year, the festival sponsored by the Orland Park Chamber of Commerce and the village, filled the 153rd Street Metra parking lot with music, a carnival, food and more.

One of the first people through the gates for the second running of SummerFest in Orland Park was Dave Jachimiec. He wore a vest sporting hundreds of patches of various bands and a few guitar picks.
